How the candidate application works
Bringing in new volunteers is made easy. Here is the breakdown of how the My Candidates section works:
- You create a candidate pool
- Add an application form and pick which fields it should have. Don't worry, it's as easy as selecting from a list of possibilities, and they transfer over to your volunteer records if the candidate is accepted
- Customise the text and order of the fields.
- Publish live
- Copy the link or print a QR code and do your promoting!
- Process the incoming applications, making notes and adding tags along the way.
- Accept the applicants of your choosing, and all the information is ported over to their profile, ready for you to onboard or assign to a program.
