Volunteer bulk actions

Update or message more than one of your volunteers at a time with the help of the bulk-actions bar.

1. Navigate to My Volunteers
2. Select one or more of the checkboxes in the leftmost column in the volunteer list

3. When the black bulk actions bar appears, choose from the following options:

   -> Add to program - bulk adds these volunteers to a program

   -> Add tags - adds one or more tags to these volunteers

   -> Change status

   -> Export contact details - name, email, phone, emergency contact

   -> Send a message - launches a message modal to email the volunteers

   -> Remove volunteers - either archive (which can be reversed) or delete (which wipes all data traces, even historically)

The bulk actions available in the program volunteer list view are:

-> export contact details

-> send a message

-> remove volunteers - only removes the volunteer from the program, not the organisation
