How to import timesheets
To import a CSV of timesheet data:
-
Navigate to the program the timesheets belong to
-
Select the Timesheet tab
-
Select the Import button to launch the import timesheets modal
-
Choose the .csv file
-
Select the Upload button to finalise the import
After the import has finished, INVOLVE will alert you if any issues were found (for example the email address didn't match) and allow you to download the ones not added. You can then adjust this file and import it.
Note: If there are more than 100 timesheets to import, INVOLVE will process these while you move on and send a notification once they're in.
