How to change the billing owner

There are a few reasons this needs to happen, including when staff leave an organisation. The easiest way to change the billing role is for the current billing owner to log in and select another staff member who already has access.

  1. As the current Billing Owner, navigate to the My Organisation section

  2. Select the Billing tab

  3. In the Billing Owner box, select the link Change billing owner

  4. When the Billing Owner modal appears, select the staff member taking over this role

  5. Select the Save button at the bottom of the modal to finalise

Adding a new staff member

If the person taking over the role has yet to join your organisation, invite them first

  1. Navigate to My Organisation

  2. Select the Invite staff button

  3. When the Invite staff modal appears, enter their details and select a role for them.

  4. Select the send button to finalise

This person will receive an invite via email to your INVOLVE organisation. Once they have set up their account, you can go through the process to change them to the billing owner.

What if the billing owner is not reachable?
