Changing the Billing Owner

There are a few reasons this needs to happen, including when staff leave an organisation. The easiest way to change the billing role is for the current billing owner to log in and select another staff member who already has access.


  1. As the current Billing Owner, navigate to the My Organisation section
  2. Select the Billing tab
  3. In the Billing Owner box, select the link Change billing owner
  4. When the Billing Owner modal appears, select the staff member taking over this role
  5. Select the Save button at the bottom of the modal to finalise

What if the billing owner is not reachable?

If your billing owner leaves before the billing owner role is reassigned, please get in touch with us.


What if you just need to cc in your accounts department?

You can add additional email addresses to the billing-related emails sent by INVOLVE, so you don't have to keep forwarding them.


  1. As the current Billing Owner, navigate to the My Organisation section
  2. Select the Billing tab
  3. In the Billing Owner box, select the link Edit billing contacts
  4. When the modal appears, select the 'add email' link
  5. Add a valid email address, then select the add button
  6. Select the Save button at the bottom of the modal to finalise

To remove an email address, select the bin icon at the end of the email row.
