Using multi-factor authentication

After setting up MFA, your login process will change:

1. Enter your email as usual

2. Enter your password or if your organisation uses SSO, authenticate with your provider

3. If you have multiple MFA methods set up:

   • You'll be asked to choose which method to use

   • Select your preferred method

4. If you only have one MFA method:

   • You'll automatically be prompted for verification with that method

5. Complete the verification:

   • For Email/SMS: Enter the code you receive

   • For Authenticator App: Enter the current code shown in your app

6. Click "Verify and continue" to complete your login
