See who is clocked on

If you are using the Clock-on tool, you can check in your volunteers when they start. Volunteers who are clocked on will appear with a green circle around their avatar. You can also view a list of volunteers who are clocked on or filter the schedule.

List of volunteers who are clocked on

View the list of volunteers currently clocked on, including their start time and any associated shifts. To see this list:

1. Navigate to the program and select the Volunteers tab
2. Select the Clocked-on tab above the list of volunteers

From this list, you can clock off one or more volunteers by:

1. Selecting the checkboxes on the left of the volunteer's name for everyone you want to clock off
2. Select Clock-off from the black bulk action bar

Filter schedule to just those who are clocked on

This view is good when you are combining scheduled shifts with the clock-on tool

1. Navigate to the Schedule tab
2. Select Clocked-on from the view dropdown
