Which INVOLVE plan is right for me?

We have found that every volunteer-involving organisation manages their volunteers differently, and we love this. It's why we designed INVOLVE to be flexible and intuitive for all plan tiers! The right plan depends on how you manage your volunteers and how much support you need from us.

Starter - free

Starter is a good fit if you like to keep things simple with your volunteer management and have straightforward needs. It allows you to have: rich volunteer records, the same onboarding process for all volunteers, certificate tracking, and scheduling for up to 75 volunteers across 10 programs.

Support: Starter is free to use and supported via the Help Centre, making it ideal for organisations that are comfortable self-serving

Essentials - from $55/month

Essentials suits organisations that run multiple programs delegated to a coordinator, and require extended volunteer profiles where you can add any number of additional fields, better communication via messaging, and greater visibility, allowing volunteers to clock in and out of shifts or submit their own timesheets. It also provides more volunteers, more staff users and unlimited programs.

Support: Essentials is an online-first plan, which means support is available through the Help Centre and step-by-step guides. Most organisations find this is all they need to get set up and running confidently without ongoing support costs.

Premium - from $199/month

Premium is the full-featured plan, suited to organisations managing large or complex volunteer programs at scale with program-specific onboarding and compliance checks, and program-specific staff roles. It includes everything in Essentials, plus unlimited staff accounts and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Support: Like Essentials, Premium is an online-first plan for day-to-day support - but with free training for staff, priority access and phone support included.

Enterprise - contact us for pricing

Enterprise is recommended when you want hands-on involvement from our team, not just access to the platform. This might be because your setup is complex, you have specific reporting or approval requirements, or you'd simply prefer to work through configuration with someone rather than doing it yourself.

Support: Enterprise is not about getting more features - it's about getting more of us.

  • Hands-on guidance during setup and onboarding
  • Help with designing or reviewing your processes
  • Support for complex programs, approvals, or reporting needs
  • An ongoing relationship with our team as your organisation evolves

Still not sure?

A good starting point: if you're comfortable using online help and guides to figure things out, Essentials or Premium will serve you well. If you already know you'll want someone to work through things with you, Enterprise is worth a conversation.

Your plan should support how you work today, while giving you room to adapt as your volunteering needs evolve.
