I can't access my account because I lost my MFA method

If you can't access your email, mobile phone, or authenticator app:

  1. During the login process, look for the "Trouble with MFA?" link

  2. Follow the recovery process

  3. An administrator in your organisation will receive your request

  4. Once approved, you'll be able to log in and set up a new MFA method

Note: If you're the only administrator in your organisation, you'll need to contact our support team directly.
