November 2025 release notes

We've been working hard to make INVOLVE even better for you! Here is what was released:

✨ New Features

✨ Organisation Message History

You can now view a consolidated message history at the organisation level, making communication tracking easier. This will include all messages across all programs. You can filter the messages to find what you need, and select each message to view what was sent.

Have a look:

You will need to be a Volunteer Manager, Organisation Administrator or Billing Owner to view

  1. Navigate to My Organisation

  2. Select the 'Messages tab' located on the right

✨ Volunteer Message History (Organisation level)

A dedicated message history tab has been added to each volunteer's record for quick access to their past communications.

✨ Volunteer Message History (Program level)

🚀 Improvements

First Aid certificate issued date

We've added an issue date field for certificates. This was specifically done for the First Aid Certificate, as these don't expire. While they don't expire, Safe Work Australia recommends a refresher every 3 years.

Certificate expiring soon setting

We've added a new organisation setting to let you control the lead time to use when showing expiring soon certificates. Staff members can now see or choose to generate a report of certificates expiring in the next 30, 60 or 90 days.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We have squashed a bunch of bugs and made behind-the-scenes improvements to keep things running smoothly. We want to thank all organisations that have helped us identify some of these!
